I've been involved in the self development world for about 10 years now. First as a seeker on my own journey, and latterly as a professional life coach as well.

My professional skills have been built up through hundreds of hours of one-to-one coaching, following on from 15 years of planning and management experience in the travel industry.

It's my belief that we are each the artist of our own life. Having been through burnout a number of years ago, I now aim to design my life with as much originality and eccentricity as I dare. Fortunately I'm also a natural born planner, so my creativity and coaching tend to be quite well structured!

I hold a BA in languages and am a graduate of CoachU - one of the most widely respected coach training companies worldwide.

I'm a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I believe it's very important for coaches to hold certification which is independent of their coach training company and am proud to have achieved this.

As a singer and writer myself, I've found over the years that I get the best coaching results and have the most fun when I work with creative clients. We don't just play with creative ideas, we get down to some very practical planning too. I love to roll with the inspiration, but am gently ruthless at pinning my clients down to action!
