Member of Association for CoachingSimon Whalley is the founder of and a senior consultant for bluetree. He has 16 years of experience in the field of personal and organisational development. His qualifications include an MBA, a Certificate in Coaching and a Training Diploma. Simon has worked in the private sector in the fields of Management Development, Coaching and HR Consultancy for the last six years. Previously Simon worked for 10 years in the public and charitable sectors as a Manager and Development Trainer. These experiences give him an excellent understanding of the issues faced in the development of people. Simon is currently undertaking research into evoking excellence.
