Personal profile

My passion for personal and professional development began many years ago when I gave up a secure job in teaching to move to Greece and follow my dreams. Since then I have worked in Hong Kong for HSBC, run a thriving training consultancy in Singapore and been a Communication Skills specialist and business adviser for a wide range of companies. I have run my own business since 1990 and helped many people through significant change and transition in their lives.

A positive attitude to all that life has to offer combined with a realistic approach to work-life balance have enabled me to combine my chosen career with a busy family life. I love travel, the arts, sailing and meeting people. My favourite pastime is having a meal with friends, whilst sharing a bottle of good red wine and stimulating conversation!
Coaching style

My priority is to make your coaching experience enjoyable, real and engaging. I will coach you to achieve more in your daily life, management of your business, entrepreneurial capability, creative fulfilment, influence in organisations, and development of people. Working on personal growth and in rapport to develop a supportive and motivating atmosphere we can produce excellent results in a relatively short time. Integrity and honesty are very important to me and I always work in complete confidence.

Using intuition and humour whenever appropriate, my aim is not only to enable you to maximise your potential but also to facilitate a clearer understanding of your world and how you fit in to it. I have a genuine interest in your success and can be as supportive and challenging as you need.
